• Greeting guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and friendly manner
• Assisting guests with luggage handling (carrying to/from rooms)
• Escorting guests to their rooms and explaining hotel facilities
• Providing directions and information about the hotel and nearby attractions
• Handling guest requests (e.g., taxi service, messages, deliveries) promptly
• Supporting the Front Office team in ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in lobby and entrance areas

Xüsusi tələblər

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian is required
• Polite, helpful, and guest-oriented attitude
• Physically fit and able to handle luggage
• Professional appearance and positive energy
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
