Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate communication with potential and existing clients 
  • Develop and implement strategies for attracting new clients and generating new business opportunities
  • Identify potential customers and market opportunities to expand the company's client base
  • Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and presentations 
  • Maintain and update client databases
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports 
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 
  • Experience in sales support, coordination, business development, or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Excellent command of English and Russian (both written and spoken)
