Excellence Medical Manager

Workplace: Baku, Azerbaijan

Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Excellence Medical Manager. This role is responsible for supporting the medical teams across Cuacasus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan by driving medical excellence initiatives, coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring the implementation of best practices and high-quality standards across the regions.

You will: 

• Ensure healthcare professionals recognize the benefits of Nestlé infant nutrition products through education and training;
• Be responsible for managing the team of medical representatives to ensure ethical promotion of Nestlé infant nutrition products among healthcare professionals and accurate, compliant communication with them;
• Organize and carry out onboarding/induction meetings for new employees, offer guidance to the Medical Territory Managers in onboarding new medical representatives;
• Track and evaluate the performance of the medical team based on set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Lead a continuous review, development, and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Contribute to the design and optimization of employee incentive and bonus schemes for the Medical Department;
• Assess the performance of Medical Territory Managers with respect to their knowledge of Nestlé products, nutrition science, and field visit techniques; 
• Act as a center of expertise by continuously improving personal professional knowledge and enhancing the skills and competencies of the team;
• Take an active role in organizing and carrying out medical meetings and conferences.

We expect:

• Higher education in the medical field or its equivalent;
• Job experience of no less than two years in the field of infant nutrition or in pharmaceutical business;
• Knowledge of nutrition, infant nutrition, and understanding of the infant nutrition market;
• Results-oriented mindset, positive attitude, and ability to work both in a team and independently;
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations;
• Willingness to take work trips;
• Proficiency in Russian and English languages.
