Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating the company director’s daily schedule, including meetings, business trips, interviews, calls, receptions, corporate events, and other activities;
  • Organizing travel and business trips for the company director and their family members, providing information on entry and exit requirements for different countries, assisting with visa arrangements, hotel reservations, travel itineraries, and related matters;
  • Preparing meetings and conferences held by the company director, gathering required materials, and informing participants about the meeting time, venue, and agenda;
  • Coordinating communication on behalf of management, including answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining relationships with clients;
  • Developing the company’s internal communications and informing employees about the director’s projects, news, and decisions;
  • Regularly reporting to the company director on work progress and implementation of plans;
  • Collecting information and preparing analytical, informational, reference, and other reports for management;
  • Ordering products and items required by the company director and ensuring their availability and timely delivery;
  • Preparing business correspondence for partners, receiving and sending letters, parcels, and other documents, as well as handling printing and copying tasks;
  • Accompanying the company director on business trips to various regions of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
  • Performing other duties and assignments assigned by management related to work activities.

Requirements:

  • Higher education degree;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian; knowledge of English is desirable;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Analytical thinking and a systematic approach to problem-solving.

Conditions:

  • Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday;
  • Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
