Finance Assistant

LV Logistics are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone at an early stage of their career who is eager to develop within a dynamic and professional finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
• Process supplier invoices and prepare payments
• Issue invoices to customers and monitor incoming payments
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in preparing financial reports and audit documentation
• Maintain organized financial files in compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage)
• Previous experience is a plus
