Are you passionate about turning consumer insights into successful innovations?
We are looking for an analytical and commercially minded professional to join a leading FMCG organization and play a key role in shaping future growth through innovation, portfolio optimization, and consumer-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consumer, shopper, product, and market trend research to identify innovative opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze Brand Health Tracking and Shopper Insights data, transforming findings into actionable recommendations.
- Support and coordinate the New Product Development (NPD) process in accordance with stage-gate methodology.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Production, Procurement, Planning, Legal, and Finance to deliver innovative projects.
- Prepare and present research findings, business cases, and recommendations to Innovation Boards and senior stakeholders.
- Evaluate portfolio performance and recommend SKU optimization, renovation, replacement, or discontinuation strategies.
- Support the development of long-term portfolio and innovation roadmaps.
- Build financial business cases for new product initiatives, ensuring alignment with profitability and growth objectives.
- Support annual media planning through analysis of consumer behavior, channel performance, and media effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate media and campaign KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve return on investment.
- Review creative and BTL spending to maximize effectiveness and optimize budget allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Insights, Category Management, Innovation, Strategic Marketing, or a related function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into business recommendations.
- Experience working with market research and consumer insight tools is considered an advantage.
- Understanding of product portfolio management and new product development processes.
- Strong financial acumen and experience developing business cases.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent English is required.
