Junior Petroleum Engineer

• Support production surveillance and performance monitoring of gas and gas-condensate wells, including identification of production anomalies, integrity concerns, and optimization opportunities. 
• Develop proficiency in Integrated Asset Modelling tools, including Prosper, GAP, and MBAL, under the guidance of senior engineers. Support reservoir, well, and production system performance evaluations and optimization studies through integrated technical analysis. 
• Support senior engineers in well intervention planning, execution activities, and evaluation of production enhancement opportunities. Assist in evaluating intervention options, expected production uplift, operational constraints, and associated risks. 
• Work closely with Reservoir Engineering, Production Operations, and other disciplines to support integrated well performance evaluations, troubleshoot production issues, and minimize production deferrals. 
• Prepare technical reports, surveillance reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders. Present findings and recommendations under the guidance of senior engineers.

Xüsusi tələblər

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related engineering discipline. 
• 0–3 years of experience in petroleum engineering, production operations, reservoir engineering, or related oil and gas disciplines. 
• Understanding of petroleum production systems and well performance fundamentals. 
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. 
• Familiarity with petroleum engineering and data analytics tools such as Prosper, GAP, OFM, Power BI, Spotfire, Python, or SQL. 
• Participation in internship programs, SPE activities, technical competitions, research projects, or other relevant extracurricular engineering activities.
