Leading Financial Reporting Specialist

• Prepare semiannual and annual consolidated and standalone IFRS financial statements
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders throughout the audit process
• Analyze financial statements, ensure IFRS compliance, and enhance reporting quality
• Monitor new and updated IFRS standards and support their implementation
• Contribute to financial reporting improvements, automation, and ERP integration
• Support financial evaluation of new investments and ongoing projects
• Identify financial risks and recommend improvements to internal controls and business processes

Xüsusi tələblər

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• 3–5 years of professional experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, or a similar role;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages;
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, and 1C ERP;
• ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant financial certifications are considered an advantage;
• Previous experience in Big Four companies will be considered an advantage.

Working Conditions:

• Working schedule: Monday–Friday;
• Lunch and transportation are provided by the company;
• Salary: To be determined based on the successful candidate's salary expectations.
