About the Role

• ACIS Distribution Azerbaijan is looking for a creative, proactive, and organized Marketing Manager to lead the marketing activities for the Fujifilm Instax brand in Azerbaijan.
• This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, branding, events, social media, and photography. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening brand awareness, developing partnerships, and executing marketing initiatives that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, execute, and report on monthly marketing activities and events.
• Demonstrate Fujifilm Instax products and provide expert product consultations during company events and promotional activities.
• Develop and promote the Fujifilm Instax showroom by increasing visitor traffic, supporting sales, and enhancing the customer experience.
• Develop and execute the brand's Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategy, manage social media accounts, create engaging content, monitor performance, and grow audience engagement across digital platforms.
• Develop and implement the overall brand marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets, monitor expenses, and produce post-campaign performance reports.
• Maintain records and oversee the inventory of product samples and demonstration equipment.
• Identify, engage, and negotiate with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and coordinate collaborative marketing campaigns.
• Build and strengthen co-marketing initiatives with retail and business partners.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media performance, and promotional activities, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Perform other tasks and projects assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing, brand management, event management, or digital marketing.
• Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with influencers, content creators, or strategic partners is an advantage.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Interest in photography, cameras, and consumer electronics is considered a plus.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani (native), Russian, and English is required.
