About the role

• The Hotel Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the efficient operation of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems throughout the hotel. This role ensures that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition to support smooth hotel operations and maintain guest comfort and safety in line with Four Seasons standards.

What you will do

• Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on hotel equipment, including HVAC systems, pumps, motors, boilers, water heaters, and plumbing fixtures.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls from guests or other departments.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on all mechanical systems as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
• Assist in energy conservation programs and report any irregularities or opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other engineering team members to resolve technical issues effectively.
• Support large-scale projects, equipment installations, and renovations as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and mechanical rooms.

What you bring

• Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a full-time position with multiple shifts.
