Position Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative coordination, document management, office communication, and providing general support to management and staff.
Conditions:
- Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
- Salary: 800–1000 AZN net
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and ensure efficient office operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and business schedules.
- Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Organize travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and business trip logistics.
- Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers and service providers.
- Welcome visitors and provide administrative support to management and employees.
- Assist with various operational and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative or office management experience.
- Fluent Russian language skills (mandatory).
- Good command of Azerbaijani language.
- Good command of English language (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
