Project Engineer

• Ensure proper coordination and communication is maintained between all disciplines including QHSE, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Operation, Drilling & Exploration, Procurement, Project Controls etc. 
• Ensure that engineering deliverables, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities are coordinated, on schedule, and compliant with requirements. 
• Identify interfaces between disciplines and ensure alignment. 
• Ensure design changes are managed through the MOC / VoR process. 
• Track and support resolution of variation orders (VoR). 
• Track progress of engineering deliverables vs. schedule. 
• Provide regular progress and risk updates to the PM. 
• Monitor contractor performance and highlight delays or risks. 
• Assist PM in preparing status reports and management presentations. 
• Ensure interface risks (e.g., between offshore and onshore facilities) are managed. 
• Support stage-gate assurance reviews and close out action items. 
• Provide technical support during construction, installation, and pre-commissioning. 
• Ensure Vendors RFIs (Requests for Information) are answered promptly by Engineering Team.

Xüsusi tələblər

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, or equivalent). 
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Project Engineer (or similar) role. 
• Experience in oil & gas projects is preferred. 
• Proven experience in engineering deliverables management and design review. 
• Understanding of engineering documentation. 
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to details. 
• Proactive and collaborative attitude. 
• Good problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. 
• Experience working with project control/scheduling teams to align engineering deliverables with overall project timelines.
