Vakansiyanın təsviri
- Visual and dimensional inspection of machined parts, measuring product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
- Ability to use measuring tools like gauges, micrometers, calipers etc.
- Monitoring of production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications.
- Ensuring products meet Customer requirements within acceptance criteria.
- Reading and deep understanding of drawings, blueprints of mechanical parts.
- Communication the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions.
- Writing reports and documenting deficiencies and errors of products, rejection of products and materials that fail to meet specified requirements.
- Raising NCR and completing NCR and Corrective Action Request.
- Documenting inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports.
- Performing regular quality control assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, micrometers, calipers and computers
