Reporting & Data Analyst

About the Role

• We are looking for a Reporting & Data Analyst to support our real estate projects through data collection, reconciliation, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• This role goes beyond working with ready-made reports. You will be expected to retrieve, validate, and structure data from multiple sources, investigate discrepancies, automate reporting processes, and provide analytical support for business and financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, reconcile, and consolidate data from multiple sources (Excel files, internal systems, databases)
• Clean, structure, validate, and maintain data quality
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical reports for management
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards in Power BI and Excel
• Analyze sales, collections, budgets, and operational performance indicators
• Investigate data inconsistencies and perform reconciliations across different sources
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize reporting processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Assist with ad-hoc business analysis and management requests

What We Are Looking For

• Practical knowledge of Excel, Power Query, Power BI
• Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and key financial ratios
• Familiarity with real estate concepts and performance metrics is an advantage
• Ability and willingness to work with raw, incomplete, and unstructured data
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Comfortable using modern productivity and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
