- Receive and process reservation requests via phone, email, website, and other booking channels.
- Confirm, modify, and cancel reservations as requested by customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding availability, pricing, policies, and services.
- Maintain accurate customer and reservation records.
- Follow up on inquiries and reservation requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure reservation accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and special requests professionally.
- Meet established service standards and performance goals.
- Assist with administrative tasks and reporting related to reservations.
Tələblər
- Ability to communicate with English-speaking and Russian-speaking customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible schedules.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS/Opera ERP is highly preferred.
