Təsvir

  • Receive and process reservation requests via phone, email, website, and other booking channels.
  • Confirm, modify, and cancel reservations as requested by customers.
  • Provide accurate information regarding availability, pricing, policies, and services.
  • Maintain accurate customer and reservation records.
  • Follow up on inquiries and reservation requests in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure reservation accuracy and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and special requests professionally.
  • Meet established service standards and performance goals.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reporting related to reservations.

Tələblər

  • Ability to communicate with English-speaking and Russian-speaking customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS/Opera ERP is highly preferred.
