Role description:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance or in a related field is required;
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA FA (F3), MA (F2) and FR (F7);
• More than 2 years of experience in the related field;
• Advanced reading and writing skills in English;
• Advanced knowledge of MS office programs (especially Excel);
• Analytical thinking;
• Experience in real estate industry is an advantage;
• A good knowledge of IFRS 15, 16 and IAS40 is an advantage;
• 1C knowledge is an advantage.

Tələblər

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;
• Preparing weekly and monthly corporate reports ("Management Report");
• Performing month-end and year-end close processes;
• Proposing and implementing new ideas for improvement of the reporting process;
• Participating in the development of software for the activity directions and automation of the relevant processes;
• Analyzing of financial statements and ratios;
• Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs, increase efficiency and improve financial performance;
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
