Senior Project Engineer

• Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary engineering activities across all project phases. 
• Review and approve engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with standards and upstream project requirements. 
• Develop and monitor project schedules, cost forecasts, progress reports, and risk registers. 
• Manage interfaces with internal teams, EPC contractors, vendors, regulators, and other stakeholders. 
• Support technical evaluations, tender reviews, bid clarifications, and procurement activities. 
• Participating in HAZID, HAZOP, design reviews, constructability reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering sessions. 
• Ensure all engineering work meets HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements. 
• Lead resolution of technical queries, design issues, deviations, and change requests. 
• Ensure proper control of project scope, design changes, and engineering documentation. 
• Facilitate coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure design integrity and readiness. 
• Oversee contractor performance, ensuring timely delivery of engineering packages and adherence to project  specifications. 
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and management updates as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; a Master’s or certifications (PMP/Chartered) are an advantage.  
• 8–12 years of project engineering experience in oil & gas; upstream experience preferred.  
• Strong knowledge of multi-discipline engineering, EPC execution, and industry standards. 
• Skilled in project planning tools. 
• Experience managing contractors and resolving technical issues.  
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.  
• High commitment to safety and quality.  
• Local candidate; willing to travel to site when needed.
