Spa Agent

At Hilton Baku, we are committed to delivering exceptional hospitality and unforgettable guest experiences. We are currently looking for a professional, service-oriented, and enthusiastic Spa Agent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet and assist guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to requests, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner ;
• Ensure swimmer safety: Monitor pool activity to prevent accidents, enforce pool rules, and promote safe swimming practices ;
• Respond to emergencies: Act quickly and effectively in line with the emergency action plan, providing rescue or first aid when necessary ;
• Maintain a clean and safe environment: Conduct regular inspections and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the SPA area ;
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing ;
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining Hilton brand standards ;
• Assist guests with their requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally ;
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Russian, and Azerbaijani.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations while handling guest concerns with tact and diplomacy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to adapt to a variety of work situations.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
