BMS Technician

We are looking for “BMS Technician" (only local candidates will be considered) with the requirements below: 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and coordinate the maintenance, repair, modification, and replacement of machinery and equipment related to facility infrastructure systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS), industrial refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, and compressed air systems, and ensure all activities are properly documented.
• Complete and maintain documentation required to ensure these systems comply with cGMP, GEP, ISO, and other applicable standards, and monitor their ongoing compliance.
• Assist authorized external organizations in carrying out legally required inspections, measurements, and testing within the facility.

Additional requirements:

• Graduate of a Vocational School, Technical High School, or Industrial Vocational High School in Electrical, Electronics, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), or Refrigeration.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• At least 3 years of experience in the maintenance, repair, and operation of HVAC systems, heating and cooling systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and qualification activities.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• Able to work in a shift-based work schedule.
