Job Duties:
- Preparation of daily and periodic sales reports based on internal targets, business needs, and customer requests.
- Preparation of weekly import/export reports and monthly market share analysis, including presentations for management.
- Preparation and coordination of export sales activities and related documentation.
- Close collaboration with Logistics and Finance departments to ensure accurate reporting and smooth commercial operations.
- Support in forecasting sales volumes and demand planning based on historical data, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Preparation of ad-hoc commercial analyses, reports, and dashboards to support management decision-making.
- Preparation and administration of sales and purchase contracts, including related documentation and follow-up activities.
- Support in verification, maintenance, and proper archiving of sales-related documents
- Preparation of documentation related to tenders, commercial offers, and customer proposals.
- Maintenance and distribution of reports, databases, and files related to the activities of the Commercial Support team.
- Preparation of additional sales and performance reports using relevant systems such as SAP, CRM, and QlikView.
- Registration of customers in the CRM system and support in the creation and maintenance of sales contracts.
- Conducting market research and preparing analytical reports based on public sources and statistical data.
- Providing administrative and operational support to ensure efficient functioning of the Commercial Support Department.
- Contact internal and external business partners daily to follow up on business activity (reference to RMX activity).
- Collection of primary documents and registration in the ERP systems (with reference to RMX activity);
- Customizing sales agreements and distributing them to internal & external business parties; archiving contracts.
- Issue of proforma invoices
Requirements:
- University degree preferably in economics, business administration or construction related fields
- 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in the construction industry with a focus on sales or commercial support
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of CRM systems and other relevant applications
- Native in Azerbaijani, good written and spoken English and Russian language skills
