• Creating and editing macro texts for taxi drivers and riders covering a variety of situations, from routine requests to complex edge cases;
• Maintaining a knowledge base and reference materials for support operators;
• Adapting content to the cultural and linguistic context of the CIS, Turkey, and English-speaking countries;
• Participating in content quality control and tracking metrics;
• Assessing task complexity, managing deadlines, and prioritizing workload.

Xüsusi tələblər

• Native fluency in Turkish or Azerbaijani;
• C1/C2 fluency level in the other of Turkish and Azerbaijani;
• B2/C1 English fluency (written and spoken), with Russian fluency a plus;
• Experience working in a copywriting, content management, translation, or similar role;
• A clear, concise writing style you can adapt for different audiences;
• The ability to process information quickly and handle large volumes of text;
• The creativity to easily find effective phrasings for different situations;
• An attentive approach and respect for deadlines.
