About this role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented member to support our growing portfolio of digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Automated the preparation of procurement and stock reports (Python, Excel, Power BI),
- Developed and maintained a database (SQLite) for sales and stock analysis, ensuring access to both current and historical information.
- Optimized order planning by implementing demand calculations that consider expiry dates, sales, and warehouse stocks, which helped reduce stockouts.
- Created interactive dashboards in Power BI to monitor sales, deliveries, and inventory, providing management with a transparent decision-making tool.
Technical Skills
- Databases: experience with SQLite and SQL queries; data management and analysis.
- Excel (Advanced): formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, reporting automation.
- Power BI: data analysis and visualization, building interactive dashboards.
- Python: libraries (pandas, matplotlib), report automation, and analytical processes.
- 1C: experience with the system for business process management and control.
- Microsoft Office: confident use of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Languages: Azerbaijani, English, Russian (Advanced)
