We are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join one of AFI Group companies. This role is responsible for leading the Human Resources function and supporting the company's continued growth by developing effective people strategies, building high-performing teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and overseeing key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities to attract and hire qualified talent.
• Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs and support organizational growth.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage onboarding processes to facilitate successful employee integration.

Performance Management & Employee Development

• Implement and manage performance management processes across the organization.
• Support managers in setting performance objectives and conducting employee evaluations.
• Identify learning and development needs and coordinate training initiatives.
• Develop succession planning and talent development programs.

Employee Relations & HR Operations

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.
• Manage employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.
• Ensure HR documentation and employee records are maintained accurately and confidentially.

Compensation & Benefits

• Support the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Participate in salary benchmarking and reward initiatives.
• Ensure competitive and equitable HR practices that support employee engagement and retention.

HR Reporting & Business Partnership

• Prepare HR reports and analyze key workforce metrics, including recruitment, turnover, absenteeism, and employee engagement.
• Monitor HR KPIs and recommend initiatives to improve organizational performance.
• Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Support organizational development and change management initiatives.

Tələblər

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including experience in an HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani; English and Russian language skills are considered an advantage.
