• Conduct financial and economic analysis of investment and CAPEX projects;
• Evaluate investment opportunities related to fuel stations, oil depots, terminals, CNG facilities, EV charging infrastructure, and other strategic projects;
• Develop financial models, business cases, and investment justifications;
• Perform investment valuation using NPV, IRR, DCF, WACC, Payback Period, Discounted Payback Period, and other financial methodologies;
• Assess CAPEX efficiency and support investment prioritization;
• Conduct sensitivity, scenario, and risk analyses;
• Assess CAPEX efficiency and support investment prioritization;
• Evaluate the financial feasibility of projects and prepare recommendations for senior management;
• Analyze the profitability and performance of existing business operations and assets;
• Conduct post-investment performance reviews by comparing actual and planned results;
• Perform market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis;
• Prepare presentations, investment memoranda, analytical reports, and management materials.

Xüsusi tələblər

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Investment Analysis, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Project Finance, or Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A);
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, business valuation, and investment appraisal;
• Practical experience with NPV, IRR, DCF, WACC, sensitivity analysis, and financial forecasting;
• Good understanding of IFRS and corporate finance principles;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English;
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is mandatory.
• Strong analytical thinking, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
