Senior Investment & Economic Analyst

• Conduct economic and financial analysis of the company's investment and CAPEX projects;
• Evaluate new fueling stations, oil depots, terminals, CNG facilities, EV charging infrastructure, and other investment initiatives;
• Develop financial models, business plans, and investment justifications for projects;
• Perform investment valuation and calculate key indicators, including NPV, IRR, DCF, WACC, Payback Period, and Discounted Payback Period;
• Conduct sensitivity, scenario, and risk analyses;
• Analyze CAPEX expenditures and identify investment priorities;
• Assess the economic feasibility of projects and present recommendations to management;
• Analyze profitability of existing business lines and assets;
• Conduct post-investment analysis and compare actual performance against planned targets;
• Perform market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis;
• Prepare management presentations, reports, and analytical materials.

Xüsusi tələblər

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, FP&A, or project finance;
• Strong knowledge of investment valuation methodologies, including NPV, IRR, DCF, and WACC;
• Hands-on experience in financial modeling and project evaluation;
• Good understanding of IFRS and corporate finance principles;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English;
• Strong analytical, presentation, and decision-making skills;
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is mandatory.
