IT Business Analyst

About the Role

• We are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of digital solutions in the logistics and supply chain domain.
• In this role, you will analyze business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and play a key role in optimizing products and processes. You will work closely with product owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure efficient and scalable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Analyze and optimize logistics and supply chain processes
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, etc.)
• Create process models using BPMN, UML, and similar frameworks
• Analyze and test API integrations using Postman
• Query and analyze data using SQL and generate reports
• Support systems operating on microservices architecture
• Develop diagrams such as ERD, Sequence Diagrams, and process flows
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and prevent issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business and technical teams
• Identify edge cases to improve system robustness and reduce risks

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or similar domains is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and databases
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience in writing clear and structured documentation (BRD, SRS, user stories, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar tools
• Experience with process modeling tools (BPMN, UML)

Technical Skills

• BPMN, UML, ERD, Sequence Diagrams
• SQL (advanced level is a plus)
• API knowledge (REST, SOAP)
• Postman
• Camunda
• Nida
• Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems
• Microservices architecture

Nice to Have

• Experience with Customer Journey Mapping (CJM)
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis methodologies
• Familiarity with the “5 Whys” technique
• Understanding of AI impact on product and process development
• Awareness of CI/CD and testing processes
