Middle Full-Stack Developer

Respect Solutions is looking for a Middle Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team and participate in enterprise projects for retail, distribution, manufacturing, and digital transformation customers.

You will work on modern web applications, integrations, APIs, and business solutions using Microsoft technologies and React.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Web APIs using .NET
• Build responsive frontend applications with React
• Design and optimize database solutions using MS SQL Server
• Work with Dapper and/or Entity Framework
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams
• Manage development tasks and deployments through Azure DevOps
• Collaborate closely with solution architects, analysts, and developers

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong knowledge of .NET and C#
• Commercial experience with React
• Strong understanding of REST API design principles
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with MS SQL Server
• Experience with Dapper or Entity Framework
• Familiarity with Git and source control workflows
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of software engineering best practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications
• Knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Functions, or Logic Apps
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business applications
• Knowledge of Power Platform
