- Assess operational requirements for each job and ensure appropriate manpower, equipment, and technical resources are available
- Supervise and support teams involved in wellsite operations and job planning activities
- Conduct pre-job and post-job meetings, communicating critical operational information to field and support personnel
- Provide technical and operational expertise to develop effective service delivery solutions for customers
- Coordinate the movement and deployment of equipment, materials, and personnel to meet operational demands
- Liaise with customers to ensure service expectations are met and resolve any operational issues or irregularities promptly
- Manage the engagement and coordination of third-party equipment and service providers
- Ensure all operational documentation is completed accurately and complies with company and client requirements
- Maintain document control, ensuring only current revisions are in circulation and that operational teams are informed of procedural changes
- Ensure incidents, non-conformances, and safety observations are reported and investigated in accordance with company procedures
- Track third-party rental equipment to ensure timely return to suppliers and effective cost control
- Provide leadership, coaching, and day-to-day supervision to direct reports
- Participate in an on-call rota as required, providing operational and technical support on a 24/7 basis

- A formal technical qualification
- Minimum 8 years' technical experience within the relevant product line, including significant wellsite or field-based experience
- Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership position
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
