Operations Supervisor (Turkey)

• Assess operational requirements for each job and ensure appropriate manpower, equipment, and technical resources are available
• Supervise and support teams involved in wellsite operations and job planning activities
• Conduct pre-job and post-job meetings, communicating critical operational information to field and support personnel
• Provide technical and operational expertise to develop effective service delivery solutions for customers
• Coordinate the movement and deployment of equipment, materials, and personnel to meet operational demands
• Liaise with customers to ensure service expectations are met and resolve any operational issues or irregularities promptly
• Manage the engagement and coordination of third-party equipment and service providers
• Ensure all operational documentation is completed accurately and complies with company and client requirements
• Maintain document control, ensuring only current revisions are in circulation and that operational teams are informed of procedural changes
• Ensure incidents, non-conformances, and safety observations are reported and investigated in accordance with company procedures
• Track third-party rental equipment to ensure timely return to suppliers and effective cost control
• Provide leadership, coaching, and day-to-day supervision to direct reports
• Participate in an on-call rota as required, providing operational and technical support on a 24/7 basis

Xüsusi tələblər

• A formal technical qualification
• Minimum 8 years' technical experience within the relevant product line, including significant wellsite or field-based experience
• Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership position
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
