Procurement Specialist

Conditions:

• Employment Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday)
• Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Address: Suleyman Dadaşov 31

Key Responsibilities:

• Create purchase orders and monitor the procurement process from start to finish;
• Communicate with suppliers, collect quotations, and conduct price comparisons;
• Identify and select the most suitable suppliers and negotiate contract terms;
• Conduct market and price research, analyze product availability and supply conditions;
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of required products;
• Oversee delivery, receiving, and quality control processes;
• Prepare procurement-related reports and present them to management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or logistics;
• Knowledge of market analysis, price comparison, and procurement documentation;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian and English 
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, initiative, and analytical thinking skills.
