Recruitment Specialist

Job responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management and onboarding support;
• Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and define job requirements;
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks;
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates, qualifications, experience, and suitability;
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers;
• Conduct reference checks and verify employment history when required;
• Negotiate employment terms and salary offers with selected candidates;
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and recruitment records;
• Stay informed about labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices;

Required Background, Skills and Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the engineering, construction or oil & gas sectors;
• Experience recruiting for technical and engineering positions is an advantage;
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English (written and spoken);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills;
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and time management skills;
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet recruitment deadlines;
• Availability and willingness to travel for business trips within Azerbaijan;

Conditions:

• Schedule: Full-time work, Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00;
