We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Sales Manager to join one of the prestigious Resant Hotels, including internationally branded properties within our portfolio.
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving commercial success, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth of our hotels.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and key business partners.
- Identifying new business opportunities and generating revenue across all hotel segments.
- Managing and growing existing accounts while actively pursuing new leads.
- Conducting sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and hotel site inspections.
- Negotiating contracts and commercial agreements to maximize business opportunities.
- Representing the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
- Collaborating closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Supporting the development and execution of sales strategies and action plans.
- Contributing to the achievement of hotel revenue and occupancy targets.
