Temporary Import Coordinator

ACE Forwarding LLC is  looking for a Temporary Import Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage temporary import and customs clearance processes.
• Prepare, review, and verify customs declarations.
• Ensure all import documentation complies with customs regulations.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities.
• Monitor customs clearance status and resolve any customs-related issues.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of customs procedures
• Experience with temporary import procedures
• Strong understanding of customs declarations
• Ability to work with customs declaration 
• Knowledge of customs clearance processes.
• Familiarity with the Azerbaijani customs system and documentation requirements.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• English language knowledge
