About this role
An international FMCG company is looking for a Tender Specialist to join its Procurement team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full tender cycle from initiation to supplier selection and contract award.
- Prepare tender documentation, RFQs, RFPs, and evaluation criteria.
- Source and evaluate suppliers.
- Conduct commercial negotiations.
- Analyze supplier quotations.
- Coordinate cross-functional tender activities.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Maintain procurement documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance and identify cost optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of procurement/tender management experience.
- Experience managing competitive tenders.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Advanced MS Excel.
- ERP (SAP or similar) is an advantage.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian; English Upper-Intermediate+.
