О должности

An international FMCG company is looking for a Tender Specialist to join its Procurement team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full tender cycle from initiation to supplier selection and contract award.
  • Prepare tender documentation, RFQs, RFPs, and evaluation criteria.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations.
  • Analyze supplier quotations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional tender activities.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
  • Maintain procurement documentation.
  • Monitor supplier performance and identify cost optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of procurement/tender management experience.
  • Experience managing competitive tenders.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel.
  • ERP (SAP or similar) is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian; English Upper-Intermediate+.
