• Experience with neurology/CNS products is preferred
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical market dynamics and competitor analysis
• Ability to prepare marketing plans, forecasts, and budgets
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Willingness to travel for meetings, congresses, and field visits
