Night Receptionist (Night Guest Service Agent)

Location: Wyndham Garden Baku Hotel, Baku, Azerbaijan

Employment Type: Full-time (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner during night shifts, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage room reservations, allocate rooms, and update guest information in the hotel management system.
• Handle telephone calls and coordinate with relevant departments when necessary.
• Perform night audit procedures and prepare daily operational and financial reports.
• Process payments, manage cash transactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Monitor hotel security procedures during the night shift and report any unusual incidents.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures while maintaining guest confidentiality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Male Candidates Only
• At least 6 months of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently during night shifts.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
• Experience with night audit procedures is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
