Cluster CFO – Projects / Uzbekistan (Tashkent)

We are looking for an experienced Cluster CFO – Projects to join a leading international organization in the energy and infrastructure sector based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the finance function across multiple large-scale projects and supporting executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple projects.
• Oversee project finance, treasury, funding, and lender relationships.
• Manage statutory reporting, tax compliance, internal controls, and corporate governance.
• Support construction and operations teams with commercial and financial leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with shareholders, banks, regulators, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and develop high-performing finance teams while driving continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or MBA in Finance.
• 15+ years of finance experience within multinational organizations.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong expertise in project finance, financial modelling, budgeting, treasury, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
• Experience in the power, energy, infrastructure, or large industrial projects sector is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.
