Full Stack Developer & DevOps Engineer (Remote)

We are a fast-growing AI startup building innovative AI-powered products and applications. We are looking for a highly capable Full Stack Developer & DevOps Engineer to join our team and work closely with senior technical leadership in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end, from frontend development and backend services to deployment, infrastructure, monitoring, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications
• Build responsive and scalable frontend applications
• Develop and maintain backend APIs, services, and integrations
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Containerize applications using Docker and Docker Compose
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Manage application deployments across development and production environments
• Configure and maintain reverse proxy solutions
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
• Support infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security best practices

Required Technical Skills

Frontend Development

Experience with one or more modern frontend frameworks:

• React
• Vue.js
• Angular
• Svelte

Backend Development

Experience with one or more modern backend frameworks:

• Next.js (JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Django (Python)
• FastAPI (Python)
• ASP.NET (C#)
• Laravel (PHP)

Databases

Experience working with:

• PostgreSQL
• Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
• MongoDB

Containers & Infrastructure

• Experience with Docker
• Experience with Docker Compose

CI/CD

Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using:

• GitHub Actions
• GitLab CI

Web Infrastructure

Basic understanding of HTTP Reverse Proxy concepts and experience with:

• Nginx
• Apache
• Caddy

Monitoring & Observability

Experience using:

• Prometheus
• Grafana

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver results
• Good understanding of software development best practices
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working in startup environments
• Experience building SaaS products
• Experience with cloud platforms and production deployments
• Understanding of security best practices for web applications
• Experience working with AI-powered products or integrations
