- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with existing university partners;
- Manage the partnership renewal process and ensure continuity of agreements;
- Increase partner satisfaction and identify opportunities to expand collaboration;
- Research, identify, and engage new universities and educational institutions for partnership opportunities;
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and commercial meetings with prospective partners;
- Establish new B2B partnerships aligned with the company’s growth strategy;
- Lead strategic initiatives that support revenue growth and business expansion;
- Negotiate and secure commission-based partnership agreements with universities and institutional partners;
- Coordinate with the legal team to manage the preparation, review, and execution of partnership contracts;
- Ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms and long-term cooperation frameworks;
- Represent the company at international university fairs, conferences, and industry events;
- Expand the company’s professional network to create new partnership opportunities;
- Lead projects related to the planning and execution of the company’s own education fairs and events.
Tələblər
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field;
- A proven track record of building, managing, and growing B2B partnerships;
- Strong commercial mindset with a results-oriented approach;
- Excellent negotiation and contract-closing skills;
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities;
- Ability to manage multiple partnership projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously;
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of making independent decisions;
- Willingness to travel internationally when required;
- Fluency in English, Azerbaijani and Russian;
- Experience in the education, study-abroad, or EdTech sector;
- An established network of university or institutional contacts;
- Experience organizing or managing international events, fairs, or conferences.
