- Manage and support the sales team to achieve revenue targets and KPIs, including conversion rate, pipeline growth, and overall revenue growth;
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies, including partnerships with educational institutions, language schools, and other relevant organizations;
- Contribute to the company’s commercial strategy, including revenue planning and growth priorities;
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for expansion into new international markets;
- Align with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion performance;
- Collaborate with the Customer Care team to integrate feedback into sales and retention strategies;
- Work directly with the CEO to support strategic initiatives and contribute to commercial decision-making;
- Act as a commercial deputy responsible for commercial performance across sales and growth functions.
Tələblər
- Proven track record in sales leadership and team management;
- Experience in B2B sales and business development;
- Strong strategic and commercial thinking skills;
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills;
- High level of accountability, initiative, and decision-making ability;
- Comfortable operating as a senior leader and the CEO’s right hand, with strong judgement, accountability, and discretion;
- Experience in the education, study-abroad, or edtech sector.
- A track record of scaling a company, department, or revenue line.
- Experience leading international market entry or expansion.
- Fluency in English, Azerbaijani and Russian.
