- Convert prospective students into enrolments by successfully managing the sales process from initial contact to final registration;
- Achieve individual sales targets in line with the company’s KPI performance indicators;
- Support B2B sales activities with language schools, educational institutions, and partner companies;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system;
- Actively follow up with clients to accelerate their decision-making process;
- Work closely with the marketing team to maximize results from incoming leads.
Tələblər
- Experience in sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients;
- Customer-focused approach, with the ability to accurately identify needs and provide suitable solutions;
- High level of motivation, goal-oriented work ethic, and strong follow-up skills;
- Knowledge of all three languages — Azerbaijani, English, and Russian;
- Experience in the education, study-abroad, or edtech sector;
- Familiarity with CRM tools and a structured sales process;
- Previous B2B or inside-sales experience.
Location: Zabitler Park, later White City;
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00-18:00, Saturday 09:00-14:00.
