Vəzifə haqqında

Sales Manager  is responsible for driving apartment sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring a professional and efficient sales process from initial inquiry to closing. The role requires a proactive and commercially minded professional who can contribute to achieving the project’s sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer experience.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, understand customer needs, and be capable of building long-term trust with clients. The role also requires the ability to work in a target-driven environment, analyze sales activity, and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and client engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience
  • Commercial Real estate or premium sales experience is considered an advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to understand client psychology and build trust
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
