Strategic HR Business Partner

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

A leading international company is looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders, drive people initiatives, and contribute to organizational growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders on all people-related matters.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
• Drive performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, engagement, and change management.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence on recruitment, learning, compensation, and organizational development.
• Lead and support strategic HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in an international or multinational environment is an advantage.
• Fluent Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
