• Manage procurement activities for food, packaging, equipment, services, and other indirect spend categories.
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and documentation.
• Support supplier sourcing, onboarding, evaluation, and performance management.
• Participate in supplier approval and quality assurance processes.
• Support localization projects and adaptation of global products for the local market.
• Coordinate activities related to new menu item launches.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify stock risks.
• Support logistics planning and supplier delivery coordination.
• Prepare procurement analyses, reports, and presentations.
• Contribute to process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Xüsusi tələblər

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or a related area. Outstanding recent graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Advanced English language skills (IELTS 7.0 or above preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to effectively use AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, communication, and decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High level of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
