Recruitment Specialist

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

An international company is looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and attract top talent across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing to offer stage.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen applications and conduct HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment support throughout the process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring metrics.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for multiple functions is an advantage.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Good command of Microsoft Office; experience with ATS platforms is a plus.
• Fluent Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage.
