Description

Day-to-Day Tax Operations

• Completion of day-to-day tax-related tasks
• Handling various tax, financial, and accounting matters

Tax Liability Calculation

• Calculation of tax liabilities on a monthly, quarterly, annual, and transactional basis

Tax Reporting and Submission

• Preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly tax reports
• Assistance in the preparation of annual tax reports submitted to the tax authorities

Tax Analysis and Compliance

• Performing tax analysis of accounting data for assigned entities
• Ensuring compliance with applicable tax legislation

Support in Contracts and Sales-Related Matters

• Reviewing apartment sales contracts from a tax perspective prior to submission for signature on behalf of the company
• Preparation of sales invoices in the ERP (COINS) system upon request of the Sales Department

Requirements

Education

• Higher education

Areas of Expertise

• Communication with tax authorities and support during tax audits

Work Experience

• More than 2 years

Language and Computer Skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• English language
• Strong knowledge of tax legislation and tax reporting
