Programmer (Industrial Control Systems)

Role overview: 

• We are looking for a Programmer to join our Technical Services Team and help ensure the reliability and continuous improvement of our production processes through modern automation solutions. 

What You'll be doing:

• Design, develop, and implement automation systems and processes;
• Maintain and troubleshoot automated systems, ensuring minimal downtime;
• Control over the timely provision of spare parts and materials for maintenance, control over the consumption of spare parts and materials;
• Control over the fulfilment of obligations under decentralized contracts for the manufacture and purchase of spare parts, materials and equipment;
• Development and implementation of measures reduce waste;
• Keeping tools, apparatus, and equipment in excellent working order and exercising control over their safe operation;
• Conduct testing and validation of automated systems;
• Ensuring safe working conditions at workplaces and monitoring compliance with the requirements of work instructions;
• Issuance of a work permit when performing high-risk work.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another relevant technical discipline;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation or PLC programming;
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and technologies (PLC, SCADA, HMI, SİEMENS SIMATIC S7 etc.);
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as PROFIBUS, PROFINET, Modbus, or similar;
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in industrial automation systems

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
• Good command of English and Russian, both written and spoken is required.
